The FedEx driver was great! it's the Artic King Freezer came in for the 2nd time damaged AGAIN! I believe they are coming from the warehouse like this. This is a mess...4 days late on this order. I've lost about $200 in my Thanksgiving food waiting for my freezer to come not damaged for 2 weeks now! Delayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Delivered on time. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel.

I only received one item. Everything else was never delivered and the zip code is wrong. I told them the zip code is 30144.

did not receive package, was given wrong tracking number. no response from seller

it was never delivered to 5 Charles Street Danvers. MA 01923.
The package may have been delivered but not to ME. in error or wrong delivery has occurred. I would like a response to this error.
