Avec beaucoup de retard mes le livreur est exceptionnel fais 3 fois qu’il vient et il est vraiment gentil ! Retard par la compagnie et non la faute du livreur merciDelayed.

2nd carpet in order was NOT delivered..
please have driver bring 2nd carpet to the house.

I sent a text and had a big note on the porch to please leave under carport so it wouldn't get wet from rain. was left in front of stairs - not under carport. My 89 year old mother couldn't get out of the house because of it if she needed to as it blocked exit. I'll try to communicate better next time. Left in wrong spot.
