left sitting on the side of the road underneath my mailbox don't know why they're usually really good for leaving it in a safer location near my house (1/4 mile driveway) Left in wrong spot.

My delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, waited all day and no delivery received, no email updates from FedEx. I got an email on Thursday morning saying it would be delivered that day but I was leaving town that morning not to return until Monday. Tried to call the customer service number and had to navigate a horrible computerized system and endured a very frustrating 15 wait to speak with an actual person. I was then told it would be held for me to pick up at a nearby location. Delayed.
