Hole in shipping bag exposing clothes to rain. Stress holes forming on bag as if it was grabbed without any care of being ripped apart. Bag laid on wet porch instead of being placed on elevated dry area less then 3 inches away. Lazy!Damaged.

Delivered on time content in box was ok. However fedex was rough with the package. Not impressed w/fedex for this. Also FedEx sent it to PA to go back to NJ where it originated from, seriously? Can’t blame the shipper for this. But at least I can still use the filters.Delivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place.

Received rag rug. DID NOT ORDER RAG RUG!!! FedEx left parcel lying in yard across steps. NOT HAPPY WITH WAYFAIR OR FedEx!!!
