I had to leave a note on door so they would knock. Cause they probably would have left it on my step which people been stealing package where I live so I want use this service any more Poor communication.

Package left in an unsafe spot in the open, package was not delivered and placed inside door way which could be monitored by camera inside Left in wrong spot.
