my package was supposed to be delivered face to face, as I am disabled and in a power wheelchair. no one even knocked on my door to try and make face to face contact.

I have noticed that the OnTrac & ups delivers my packages to the other side that is Apartment B & it comes before mine but I am apartment B on 21 W 1425 N which is on the left side when you get to my apartments… I am very irritated about my orders starting to be delivered a lot more over there than usual & my neighbors steal them & wont admit to it… please pay attention to ur apartments & the address…. Left in wrong spot.

As viewed on ringcam on trac driver literally hurled my package at the sidewalk and stalked away. Fortunately items were well packaged and suffered no damage.Unprofessional.
