shipped to the wrong country, address written perfectly, and the website says my house on the map, however it arrived in the United states (I live in Australia)

waited 5 weeks for the wrong one to come. It was very ugly. I couldn't wait another 5 weeks as it was for a gift. I told them not to print it again because I already ordered it from somewhere else. That email and many more emails were ignored. They sent another diamond painting that will just go to waste. They won't refund me. Don't buy from here. Delayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication.
