Item cleared customs in the 19th of April and was handed over for delivery on the 22nd yet it was only available for collection on the 10th of March. It took 13 working days for them to move it from JHB to PE and then I still needed to collect at the post office even though the delivery fee I paid is to my home address. Delayed.
