The agent always fails to come to my door step to deliver my item. The funny things even someone I know, just because the item is for me he drop it off at the pickup zone. when he always pass in front of my house, he as been doing it for so many item i am totally not happy about that at all.

With Deutsche Post everything was ok , in Germany Deutsche Post printed my address correctly on package but in Romania delivery company "Cargus" she printed a new labeling on package with an incomplete address.
After a two phones and a message on Cargus application (bad application) my package was delivered today.
Before receive my package i don't receive any sms, phone or email about my package , date of shiping or hour or anything.
My package looks perfectly , good condition.
