Currently have to investigate where the package was “delivered.” Multiple times FedEx was unprofessional. Saying a delivery can’t be made because there was no secure location. When we where home and no attempt was made to notify us of this concern. Then leaving two packages on that same day because the location was “secure.” It’s not that hard to do your job and it makes an impact when it happens multiple times for deliveries and pickups. If I had the choice, I’d never use FedEx. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.

called to have driver go to our new driving .But he not go there he went to the gate and threw over and the neighbors dog got it:(

absolutely no issues at all....love this service!!!😊😊Delivered on time. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.
