Delivery driver rolled the box from the street all the way to my front door. Some pieces inside the box were banged up and damagedUnprofessional.

I’m usually the type of person who is understanding. But the way my item was at the right state where I live, only for it to be sent back to the east coast and go on a whole world tour was absolutely unnecessary! I payed for two day shipping, I didn’t pay to wait for four days. I am really disappointed. If it’s two day shipping, it’s two day shipping. There is no reason to keep on updating the delivery date if there are no circumstances preventing my item being delivered. Delayed.
