I did not receive my package and received an email that it was placed in my mailbox. My neighborhood has cluster boxes and usps is constantly delivering to the wrong addresses. My address is correct on my order and was not delivered to that address.

No fault of UPS and luckily no damage to the lampshade, the box was just slightly open & I was surprised there was no filling or (bumper) packing material , to keep the lampshade secure. There was just a cellophane wrapped product that was much smaller than the box. It was just allowed to bounce around in the large box. Just feedback about the lack of packing. FORTUNATLY the lamp shade had good factory wrapping & a good strong build, like I said there was absolutely no damage so maybe that's okDelivered on time.

The package never arrived at my house. I looked all over and it is nowhere to be found. I spent $350 dollars on this so this is very upsetting and freaky because I don't have my phone. I don't know if someone stole it.Left in wrong spot.

Delivered early. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel. Contacted before delivery. Delivered on time.

My package was delayed and took 10days I always get my packages in 5-6days and the aftership app had the wrong date for delivery saying it was coming on Saturday 12th.also I have ordered a lot af products from you like 4-5a month. I deserve a coupon or something from all the trouble I've had. also I love ya productDelayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
