Delivered on time. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

I didn’t receive any package! I have checked the mailbox, front door I did not see anything.. please let me know where they have delivered it to!

I was supposed to sign for the package but that didn't happen I don't know why they just dropped it off and left

For the UPS driver, a ring of the doorbell would be appreciated. I normally hear the truck pull up, the package hit the porch, and the doorbell following the drop. This time no doorbell. All in all it was a good delivery.Delivered early.

I ordered a book. It was delivered in a box with no protection and a lot of room for the book to rattle. The box was also damaged. The books corners were bent a bit and there were some scuffs on it. Also no communication was given that the book would be delivered staright to my house and of course i didnt give them my door code because i wasnt informed that it was necessary. That was just a minor inconvenience. The damage on the book is a bummer though.Damaged. Poor communication.
