There are two signs outside at the front door as well as specific instructions online on the ups website and this driver still left everything at the wrong door. One where I can’t get to packages because they must be left at the bottom of the steps and I’m disabled. UPS does this every single time. Things have been stolen off my porch before because of this gross oversight and it takes forever for me to find someone to come over and get the packages to the correct door.Left in wrong spot.

Delivered on time. Delivered early. Contacted before delivery. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
