Was schedule to be delivered to my office on Thursday Jan 13. Got a text that it was delayed but to be delivered by 2:20 pm on Jan 14. No show. I redirected to hold at Walgreens since my office was closed over the weekend. The package was in Midland for 3 days before finally showing up at Walgreens on Monday afternoon, Jan 17, 4 days late. I got no confirmation of its delivery to Walgreens until after I picked up the package. I expect better reliability and communication from FedEx. Delayed. Poor communication.
