The courier claimed that no one was home even tho, there was a person waiting for a package whole day. Didn’t even ring the bell. It would honestly be better to even save the trip and fuel and leave the package right away in the pickup point Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

Le livreur a laissé le colis dans la boîte à lettres (suffisamment grande pour le recevoir)....RAS. Le produit était un peu fragile mais aucun soucis, il est arrivé en bon état.
