There’s a cut in the package like someone took a box cutter too it, and it was sitting In enfield for 5 days Damaged. Delayed.

Where is it? It’s no where to be found. Seriously after leaving so many instructions three times with three different representatives. I am beyond mad. I will never use ups after this. This is not the first time. No one really cares when you complain, they laugh it off and say there’s nothing else they can do. What a shame. No, no packages were delivered to me.Unprofessional. Delayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
