I ordered the waist trainer and the hot cream on 22 April 2024 didn’t receive it until May 15. The tracking update wasn’t updated properly. The only time it was updated properly was through the Postal Service. It kept saying that my product was stuck in Jamaica New York from Jamaica, New York to Chicago from Chicago to Tulsa. I ordered the waist trainer in brown and I received black. .Delayed. Poor communication. Incorrect items.
