I only got one of my items. The problem isn’t with USPS.. they brought the shorts.. the problem is with this other half assed carrier service… how can one item get here, but the other cannot?? What the hell?

Why don’t delivery services read delivery ons. I have a NO FRONT PORCH message on every delivery services website . It’s only followed about 75% of the time. It was not followed this time.Left in wrong spot.
