Did NOT receive my package yet got a notification that it had been delivered. No one wants to take responsibility for this!!! The tracking # was not mine. WHERE is my purchase??? I was told the company was having trouble with FedEx and they would sent me another bis USPD. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS UNBELIEVABLE. THE “calming g, comfy dog bed” is paid for and I want my purchase. Left in wrong spot.

UPS, post office, and Amazon find our front porch with no problems but all Federal Express can find is a litany of ridiculous excuses.Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.
