I still haven't received my package that says it was delivered on March 9th and when I notified the seller they refused to refund my money until I can provide proof from the logistics company stating that I didn't receive it and it has to be stamped and signed. The original tracking number I was given is 271758857997 and that number doesn't match my name and address so it isn't mine. The other number is TBA312035274005 and it doesn't find it in the system. Can you please help me? Thank you! Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
