Delivered on time. Delivered early. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place. Friendly service. Contacted before delivery.

I tried to contact the delivery service as I was not going to be home. It showed to be delivered friday so i didn’t submit a vacation hold request but It moved to saturday and I was not going to be home. So it was a little stressful trying to move my delivery as it was already out for delivery so i just ended up staying home for the package. Happy with the delivery time & service.

Never received. Stated was left at front door but it isn't there. Have checked with neighbors and they don't have it either. Second time FedEx has done this.

I never received my Nutella package. You must have left it at someone else’s door Left in wrong spot.
