Someone at FedEx opened my package, stole my items, replaced it with something else, retaped it up and shipped it to me. FedEx needs to get their act together. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with them delivering items to me. Damaged. Unprofessional.

Was delivered to wrong address. I reached out to FedEX and was told that FedEX would be in contact with me within an hour of the phone call questioning where the package was delivered to. I never received any contact for the rest of the day yesterday after 12pm. Today, 26 hours after being misdelivered, we found the package over 150ft from my home laying in the street in front of my mailbox in the rain uncovered. Highly unprofessional due to lac of communication after initial contact with FedEX.Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Delayed.

my board came in with the box torn and the base was slightly scratched. slight top sheet delamination from poor handling. looked like it was dropped or crushed. purolator didn’t send me a link to my shipment and didn’t update me for a week and a halfDamaged. Poor communication. Delayed.
