The parcel was delayed almost for a month, finally I had to contact the local delivery service office (FedEx delivery service) in regards to my parcel. The parcel was not damaged at all in the process, but this huge delay was not expected. Overall delivery rating : very poor and unprofessional Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
