Future shipments need to be delivered on the deck there is a ramp leading to the deck - we’re are disabled Anyone with common sense that sees a ramp should know that is there for a reason Left in wrong spot.

FEDEX IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY. This should have been delivered on the 18th. It was delivered on the 20th.FedEx held my package 70 miles away for 2 days.Their first lame excuse was weather. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky so I have no idea what weather they are talking about.It did travel about 5 miles, but then it was delayed again. No reason given.Contacting their customer service/executive offices to get answers is a waste of time.Delayed.
