although it states delivered, left at front door; it must have been delivered to the wrong home because the shipping address matches and I have NOT RECEIVED my package nor a follow up from anyone with FedEx Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Kept me informed along the way. Original shipment was sked to be here Friday 7/8. Then it said delivery for sure on Saturday 7/9. Finally delivered today Sunday 7/10.

I was first frustrated that the package went from Lathrop past my town to Stockton, then back past me again to Tracy then finally back to my town. The bigger issue I had was that the driver left it (a large shipment box containing a desk) propped against our garage where anyone could see and take it. We have several pillars on our porch that he could have propped it behind but instead of thinking courteously he left it out in the open against our garage door. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

This package was not delivered to my address. It wasn’t even delivered to my fucking zipcode. It says this package was delivered around Berry Hill and signed for, when I live in West Nashville in zipcode 37209. FedEx messed up BIG time, and if I don’t get my package soon, I will escalate this issue to both FedEx corporate and Wayfair, as this package cost me $300.
