Es wurde an den Versänder zurückgeschickt die mich informiert hat. Es hat bisher immer gut mit GLS funktioniert. Wenn ich nicht vor Ort war, haben sie meine Pakete immer gut plaziert. Ich weiss nicht, was diesmal anders war. Es ist schade, dass kein Zettel hinterlassen wurde oder nicht im App vermerkt wurde, dass es retourniert werden muss. Ich erfuhr alles von der Firma, die mich wegen der retournierten Ware kontaktierte und nach dem Grund fragte.Poor communication.
