Have not received item at correct address 24 bean st, Gateshead 2290 NSW Australia it is through eBay and is a Christmas present so very frustrating it says delivered. If not delivered by 21st dec, will ask for a refund

I absolutely HATE ups PLEASE DO NOT send my things through them find another source to deliver PLEASE!!!! They do not care at ALL terrible customer service Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Damaged. Left in wrong spot.
