I found out when the package arrived from an email from UPS. Your app was still stuck on where it was the night before. Your app still said it was arriving at 7pm. The package was delivered at 10:45am and I left for the airport at noon. I thought the package hadn’t arrived, because I was using your app and not checking my email. I don’t know if the problem was the USPS to UPS transfer. But in the end, when I needed it, your app wasn’t timely and failed me. I have to have it mailed to me now.Poor communication.
