I received my package and both items were damaged upong opening the box. The pink formula cleaner was not tightly closed or secured and so it leaked out into the box and about 1/4th of the bottle is already spilled out and gone. Then, when i unpacked the bong, it was shattered. It was not packaged properly and/or padded or secured enough and it was broken into many small pieces. I want a refund or another one of BOTH of these sent immediately please. I already had to wait longer than i paid to.Delayed. Damaged.
