I have not received my package when it said it has been delivered. It’s saying it is being held at the post officer per customer request but I did not request any thing of that sort. I have not received my package and do not know where I am suppose to pick it up from.

Buen servicio del transportista, sin embargo la que me contacto por correo que realizó el trámite no tuvo un buen servicio al cliente u orientación en el trámite, esta fue mi primera vez con el servicio y claramente no tenía conocimiento de cómo funcionaba por lo que esperaba más orientación y ayuda por parte de esa persona
El servicio del transportista fue muy buena, muy amable

There was a lot of back-n-forth with the delivery dates. There was an “attempt to deliver/ wishes you” even though there was no note and my surveillance cameras didn’t show anyone here Delayed. Left in wrong spot.
