ups missed me first day. they came way earlier than they'd normally. today they arrived later and box was dinged on top pretty good. handling was OK at best by them. luckily it was packed so well

I didnt know where my package was for 3 days straight, no updates, no communication from either shipping company. PLEASE never use that shipping method again, i didnt know i was even going to get my package until it was actually hereDelayed. Poor communication.

Didn't ring my door bell and handed my package to the wrong person which could have been stolen and notified me a hour later after "delivery" if I could 0 StarsUnprofessional. Poor communication.

Haven't met the driver but always put the packages in a safe place from weather. Delivered on time.
