Contacted before delivery. Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel. Friendly service. Delivered on time. Delivered early.

UPS is one of if not the worst shipping provider in Sweden. Never on time and even if home delivery is selected they never have time for it so either they leave it at a local store or just straight up don’t deliver it for a couple days. Unprofessional. Delayed. Poor communication.

My delivery never came to my house. I'm not sure where they delivered it to. I had to contact Wayfair to let them know there was no delivery on my front porch nor did I see the delivery on my ring camera.
