Package was delayed significantly due to mishandling of label and I was not immediately notified when this occurred.Delayed.

very unhappy, never asked for it to be taken to the post office and I had to actually go to the post office to pick up my package. It took a very long time for me to receive it as well. Not happy with product either. Delayed. Left in wrong spot.

you sent my package to Kankakee (where I live) then sent it ALL the way down to Champaign IL (an hour and a half from me) just to send it back to Kankakee. Box was crushed. items inside had broken pieces, and it wasn't from poor packaging. it was because whoever handled my package was cosplaying Kobe Bryant, slam dunking my package around. Please don't ever handle my packages ever again. absolutely atrocious deliveryDelayed. Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
