hallo. erstmal wusste ich nicht wer mein Paket liefert, da der Kurier es nicht nötig hatte ein Zettel in den Briefkasten zu legen, das er versucht hat mein Paket zu liefern und das insgesamt laut Tracking 3 Mal. Hab erst erfahren nachdem ich recherchiert habe durch eine andere Sendungsverfolgungs App, das es Hermes ist. musste dafür extra zu einer Paketstation liefern lassen. Das schärfste ist. Hab extra für eine Express Lieferung bezahlt (innerhalb 9tage), so daß es vor den 14.02.22 ankommt.Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

The map was in a different country, which was quite misleading. however the customer support team was made out of absolute legends! Hence avoiding solving any possible problems.Friendly service.

still have yet to receive my order and it was due to arrive on the 15th, I ordered it on the 9th, it is now the 21st. good thing I wasted money on upgraded shipping option.Delayed. Poor communication.
