How demented do you have to be to leave a mattress on a city street instead of bringing it to my apartment? This is so ridiculous. Left in wrong spot.

I called up and changed the address and it still went to the old address. I will never be able to get it back now. I am so angry with FedEx. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Delayed.
