Tracked item till delivery, not delivered to me. FedEx tracking just showed delivered. Not responsible after package delivered. Contacted call center, 3 times, 2 employees were rude, very difficult to understand their English. Told my package was a ground delivery so it wasn’t a priority even though it was already delivered 5+ days. Finally was delivered today, dropped at door even though the office was open.Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Delayed.
