I do not have the item that stated delivered the shop will not reply to their only way of contact through chat I am out 45$ a Christmas present and someone else is enjoying it. NEVER RECEIVED VIVEN WRONG SHIPPING info and they will not respond to their only communication via chat I am pissed I am out the cash and the item with no way to get in touch with the company….. they are scammersDelayed. Unprofessional. Incorrect items. Poor communication.

I appreciate that FedEx delivered before the expected date. 👏 But..do the drivers need to throw the pkgs every time they deliver? I have Ring I can see it. I mean c'mon it's a few extra steps dude. Geez. Unprofessional.
