Bonjour,
Pas t coup de fil de la part du livreur pour nous prévenir que le colis avait été déposé chez le pépiniériste à l'opposé de mon trajet. Et ça ose dire que nous n'étions pas au domicile alors que nous un étions...!!! Bref, j'espère que ce non professionalisme vient du livreur et non de la boîte GLS

à refusé de monter à ma porte m a obligé à descendre en me menaçant de laisser le colis en point relais très mécontente !!!!!!Unprofessional.

The courier claimed that no one was home even tho, there was a person waiting for a package whole day. Didn’t even ring the bell. It would honestly be better to even save the trip and fuel and leave the package right away in the pickup point Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

le livreur n'a même pas pris la peine de sonner. a posé le colis directement au point relais, je suis sûre qu'il a fait un joli tir groupé. ce n'est pas ça le Job de livreur 🤨Left in wrong spot.

het is nog niet bezorgd. gls heeft het pakket nog niet ontvangen en toch is het al bezorgd!!! een wonder!!!!!!!Delayed. Poor communication.
