I have received two messages saying this parcel has been delivered. It has not been delivered. Where is it please?

Livreur de merde qui ne sonne meme pas et se permet de dire que tu n’es pas chez toi et le dépose en point relais, sale grosse faignasse de merde Unprofessional. Poor communication. Incorrect items. Left in wrong spot.
