Tres tres tres insatisfaite de la livraison! Gros manque de suivi, colis sencer arrivé le 25, apres sa le 28, mais aucune nouvelle du colis. Au moment de la livraison, le chauffeur a eu peur des chiens, et il est parti a grande vitesse dans son camion et a failli écraser mon chien. Il a laissé des marques de pneus partout dans nos driveway (photo au besoin). Tres tres tres insatisfaite! Conduite dangereuse mettant en péril mes chiens Poor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.

ups should pay customers who pick up their packages. Your company is a great example of poor service at premium prices. Your employees lie and retaliate. May you have Satan's blessings. Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

The app didn’t tell me that the package was left at the post office and that it would be a day late Delayed.
