J’ai mis mon adresse pour la livraison, mais vous avez donné au point relais. Je ne sais pas aussi pourquoi je dois payer la taxe d’expédition même s’il y a aucune de notification! Et ce matin je viens de recevoir une lettre concernant la facture impayée pour la taxe d’expédition même si j’ai déjà le payé en espèces dans le point relais au moment j’ai pris mon colis! Ça me fâche! Je ne veux pas utiliser encore cette livraison! En espérant que vous pouvez augmenter votre service pour le client!!!Left in wrong spot. Poor communication. Unprofessional. Damaged. Delayed.

el servicio de entrega de UPS en Canarias es un desastre. El paquete llego a Canarias el jueves por la noche, el viernes tenian el levante para entregarlo y pretendían entregarlo el martes. Tuve que reclamar para que lo entregaran el lunes. malísimo servicio.Unprofessional.
