Instead of letting me know about their arrival and drop off they left my package on the ground inside the walk through gate and left it unlatched. I already have a problem with a delivery being wrongly delivered to the wrong house and person. I am disabled and can not always get to my front gate fast enough and with a possibility of being stolen.Unprofessional.

On November 3rd I placed an order and paid extra for 2 day delivery. The products did not arrive until November 14th and they sent the wrong bottle bid Blackend…. I ordered the Blacknes Rye whiskey and they sent me the blacknes bourbon instead. Every email I have sent to the seller has been ignored and every phone call can not been returned and every text has also been ignored…. Horrible and horrible and horrible experience Incorrect items. Delayed. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
