was supposed to be here days ago, got pushed back to between the 18th and the 23rd, got pushed back again to "sometime before our by the 25th" pushing back a planned engagement isn't easy. this was important and should have been here on time when I paid for it to be here by a certain time. now I have to figure something else out because my proposal was ruined. thanks. Delayed. Poor communication.
