They left it on the floor of my mailbox Poor communication. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional. Delayed.

This was my first time using this app to track a parcel and I was not dissapointed. I was always notified whenever there was an update with my parcel meaning I knew where it was at all times. Also my first time having a parcel delivered by USPS. Glad to say I've had a good experience with them. The parcel arrived early and in good condition.
