I didn’t receive package!!! Was sent to wrong address. I ordered this to 24 ida st in st Catharine’s Ontario! Why did it go to Quebec? I would like a refund please

It took about a month to arrive and I rarley got updated not only was it already taking so long to arrive but it got delayed in the process too but other than that I love the product and everything else is it showed so I’m pretty happy Delayed. Poor communication.
