Shipment pushed back 3 days after initial delivery dateDelayed. Poor communication.

Box was a bit smashed and had fragile items inside thankfully they are okay.

This package got to fedex on February 8th. FedEx then gave me a delivery date of February 10th. It wasn’t until after the fedex truck dropped off my husbands things that it updated and said that it wouldn’t be here until the 14th. Then no update until again after 9pm on the 14th that it wouldn’t be here again until the 16th. Then today on the 15th said it was out for delivery. This has been the most unsatisfying experience I have ever had. Customer service was horrible as well. Delayed. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
