Was given no information other than an order confirmation. Had to email to ask about status. The reply I was given was “we will check on that and get back to you.” I never heard from them again. Luckily the item was delivered. After receiving the item I realized how overcharged I was for what I purchased. Simple fittings screwed together and then taped. On top of that shipping was $15.00, all to receive the item in the mail in an oversized envelope. Not worth my time. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
