Took too long, wasn’t notified of any location until it arrived Poor communication.

Waiting almost 3 months for slides and one of the pairs didn’t even fit I paid $66 for that crap the other one was good but one didn’t even fit come on 3 months and you guys still can’t get my size right?!Poor communication. Delayed.

Parcel was late. The parcel delivery box and the shoe box were damaged it appeared to have been wet at some point. The shoes has a gold plated ankle chain which was tarnished from being exposed to moisture. Very dissatisfied with the service of this courier. The item must be returned due the damages via poor delivery service. I am seeking a total refund.
