Although I’m grateful for fast responses by the team when I reach out towards my order, the app in itself is poor in communcation. It always stops updating where my order is, thankfully the team always manages to fix it for me and helps me but it just gets stuck again. Props to the team for dealing with my constant emails I’m wondering where my order goes Poor communication.

The tracking was updating correctly and frequently throughout the journey and nothing went wrong, the package came in good condition, very satisfied.Delivered early. Contacted before delivery.

I wasn't sure when to expect the delivery but the guy called me beforehand and I wasn't at home so he came a bit later when I was at home. all good 👍 Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.
